Architectural and Landscaping Request
The Association Board works to maintain property integrity for all homeowners and the association. We have come up with some quick reference points to help homeowners understand what is needed if you are making changes to your property. We are always available for questions at: board@plymouthlanding.net.

An Invisible Fence can be installed at the risk of the homeowners to responsibly follow lot lines. Any damages done to wiring that is on common areas or outside of homeowners lot lines will not be the responsibility of the association to fix.

If you are planning to plant bushes or trees near your external yard perimeter (this includes landscaping beds), please submit a request form and show proposed location on lot with distances to property lines and house.

Regarding your irrigation system: Please note, if you think one of your sprinkler heads has been damaged by the landscaping or snow removal company that we contract with, please let the board know ASAP and we will work to resolve the issue. You will not be reimbursed if you decide to get these fixed on your own. There will be no exceptions to this.   

If you are building or modifying a deck, please submit a request form and show proposed location on lot with distances to property lines and house.

If you are installing or modifying a patio of any material, please submit a request form and show proposed location on lot with distances to property lines and house.

Any exterior building project requiring a building permit from the City of Williamston must be approved by the board to ensure that the project meets the requirements of the neighborhood. Please submit a request form and show proposed location on lot with distances to property lines and house.
